Weekly Challenge #6: Drink More Water

This week’s challenge: drink water with every meal.

Don’t worry about keeping track of how much water you drink or giving up any other beverage. Just add a glass of water to every meal.

This can help you be more mindful of your meals, and drinking water improves your health.

    I’m in. I’ve upped my intake several times in the last 3-6 months and it makes a HUGE difference!
