I told you there were before pictures.
Last Saturday was the very last day of my 12 week challenge. Jared and I woke up early and I did my very last cardio workout (not, like, forever – but for this program.) I was pretty freaking proud of that considering this was our first morning on vacation and it would have been really, really easy to just say “close enough!”, which is what I usually do.
We ran the last 2 minutes home in the rain, and took my “after” pictures as soon as we got in the door.
Well, as soon as we got in the door and I took off my pants.
My favorite part of this after picture is my tan in a can skin. I decided to resist the urge to bake myself in a tanning bed, what with my quitting smoking in order to prevent cancer and all. Instead, I’ve been lathering up with sunless tanners. (Because the cold hard truth is, tan fat looks better than white fat.)
Next up – the rear view.
*deeeeep breath everyone, this is going to get bumpy.*
I don’t know why these pictures are so crappy. Oh, wait, yes I do. Jared cannot take a good picture to save his life. Also, all of my resizing efforts on Photoshop this morning are sucking butt. But you get the idea.
I am really proud of myself. I stuck with a really tough goal for three months, and I made some pretty significant changes in my body and health.
And I’m not done yet. From now on, I’ll be talking about it over here.
