Today is the day, my 28th birthday.
And as some of you remember from my son’s birthday last month, there is a certain tradition in my family. My mom has generously agreed to share that tradition here with you.
Now, I did not watch all of this video before posting it here, because I’m saving it for my real life actual birthday. (It’s a thing.) But I will warn you that she says she’s wearing no makeup and looks like “an old nasty crackwhore”.
I assure you, my mom is not actually an old nasty crackwhore.
I’ll also warn you that from the 10 seconds or so that I did see, the video and the audio are not really in sync. At all. So, there’s that.
Oh. And it’s probably only really of interest to me, and my mom. Because for us, this is the day that it all started. And we’re probably the only two people in the world who really knows what that means.
