My name is Britt Reints, and I help people figure out how to be happy in the real world.
There’s no one-size-fits-all path to happiness (despite all the books and magazine articles trying to sell you exactly that), and there’s a lot of stuff that gets in the way of you finding YOUR answer.
Your pursuit of happiness can be thwarted by:
- Old habits
- Everyday life
- So. Much. Advice.
I can help you sort through all that external crap and:
- Recognize your inner voice
- Identify your unique recipe for happiness
- Be brave
- Have more meaningful connections
- Fit happiness into your day-to-day life
- Use your happiness to discover your purpose
Who am I?
I’m a woman who has fallen on her face. A lot.
In my own convoluted pursuit of happiness, I’ve made a ton of mistakes.
I’ve blown up my life more than once. I’ve quit jobs, abandoned friendships, lost and gained hundreds of pounds, and tried really hard to destroy my marriage.
I’ve also learned a lot.
Through putting my marriage back to together, countless hours of therapy, and ten months spent traveling around the country in an RV with my husband and two kids, I’ve discovered a life filled with love, fun, and purpose.
I’m the author of An Amateur’s Guide to the Pursuit of Happiness, which offers a realistic and personal look at the journey we all must take to figure out what makes us happy. My writing has also appeared in various media outlets, including The Huffington Post, Pittsburgh Magazine, Babble, and Redbook.com.
I’m also a professional speaker. I speak primarily to women and entrepreneurs about how to turn down the outside noise and turn up their inner voice in order to reach their goals and enjoy happier, more authentic lives.
I live in Pittsburgh, PA with my husband and two kids.
Where do you go from here?
Choose the next step that’s right for you.
